Farmed under strict Demeter biodynamic certification, the vines in Grand Cru Brand thrive in granitic soil that absorbs daytime heat and radiates it back to the grapes, creating aromatic complexity balanced by electric soil tension. In the cellar, wild-yeast fermentation and extended aging on fine lees preserve raw purity, allowing the natural succulence of the 2020 vintage to shine without oak manipulation.
