Refund policy

WineKey has an unlimited return policy. Sometimes you want to store your wine and enjoy in the future, and regardless of when that day comes, we stand by that wine. If you ever have an issue with a WineKey purchases wine, please reach out with the following guidance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and minimal damage to the labels. Customer Support agents at WineKey will use your account order history to confirm all the wine details.

To start a return, please contact us at info@winekey.com.

Once your return has been confirmed, we’ll provide you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package, at no cost to you, the customer. 

Final note, please make sure to contact us first before attempting to return your wine. Items sent back to us without first starting an eligible return, unfortunately, can't be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you notice, upon receipt of your order, that the wine is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately for support. We are here to make sure you get the wine you ordered!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at info@winekey.com.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and process your return, a Customer Support agent will be in touch to close out your preferred method of reimbursement. If the inventory is still available, or a SKU of like value, we will happily exchange your return and process a new shipment. 

Alternatively, for those who prefer, we can process a direct refund based on the value of the return to the original payment method (standard processing typically takes 7 - 10 business days). 

If more than 10 business days have passed since your requested refund and funds have still not properly reversed to your original payment method, don't hesitate to contact us at info@winekey.com for support.
