2019 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Hommage Marguerite Magnum
Finding a standard bottle of Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is a victory. Finding a 2019 Magnum is hitting the lottery. Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey (PYCM) is the undisputed king of modern Saint-Aubin. Tasting notes
Aroma
That classic PYCM signature of struck flint and crushed white rocks immediately jumps from the glass. Beneath the alluring reduction, it reveals brilliant layers of Meyer lemon, white peach, and a hint of raw almond.
Palate
Electric and driving. The palate has incredible density thanks to the warm 2019 vintage, but it is cut perfectly by a spine of chalky, citrus-driven acidity. Flavors of green apple, yuzu, and salted butter lead into a finish that is intensely mineral and seems to vibrate on the tongue for well over a minute.

The Hommage à Marguerite Saint-Aubin in the ultimate collector format
Finding a standard bottle of Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is a victory. Finding a 2019 Magnum is hitting the lottery.
Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey (PYCM) is the undisputed king of modern Saint-Aubin. His wines are fiercely allocated, universally praised, and hunted by sommeliers and collectors with an almost religious fervor. Known for his wax-dipped capsules, larger oak barrels, and an electric, reduction-driven style, he crafts Chardonnays that vibrate with energy and tension.
The Hommage à Marguerite cuvée is a deeply personal wine, named in honor of his grandmother. It is a master-blend of three elite Saint-Aubin 1er Cru vineyards—Les Combes, Les Creots, and Perrières. Paired with the universally spectacular 2019 vintage, the resulting wine offers profound concentration cut by laser-like acidity.
But the real story here is the format. White Burgundy in a 1500mL Magnum is the holy grail for serious cellars. The larger volume of wine to oxygen ratio means the wine ages at a glacial pace, ensuring perfect freshness and longevity. We secured a tiny allocation of these large-format masterpieces, offering you a rare chance to own the ultimate centerpiece for your next major celebration.
