The Jasmin family legacy began in the early 1900s when Patrick's great-grandfather, Alexandre, was gifted his first vines while serving as head chef at Château d’Ampuis. While many modern neighbors chase aggressive new oak or single-vineyard hype, Jasmin holds to his century-old family tradition: blending across both Côte Blonde and Côte Brune and co-fermenting 5 percent estate Viognier with 95 percent Syrah for an intoxicating floral fragrance and seamless balance.
Aged in large neutral oak casks to let the pure granite soil speak, the 2019 offers immense depth without heavy weight. Perfectly structured with fine tannins and bright natural acidity, this classic cuvée is built to evolve effortlessly in the cellar through 2035.
